Attendees with Physical or Mental Disabilities

Living with a physical or mental disability is no reason to miss out. We’ll be compiling a detailed access report on the venue, but of course access is not just a matter of wheelchairs and lifts.

If you need

  • documents in large print or different coloured paper, or printed in a different size or font

  • an adapted room for wheelchair access

  • accelerated registration so you don’t have to stand around waiting

  • help moving luggage

  • information about the venue that is not covered in the Access Report

  • assistance finding a local BSL interpreter

Or anything else to make BiCon possibly for you please let us know when you register or email enquiries email address removed.We will have trained first aiders on hand during the event, and we’ll
make sure there is always a quiet space available on site. BiCon also provides a listening service, staffed by experienced listeners, if you have any issues you’d like to discuss in confidence.
